Attorney

Meet Brad reinhart
I grew up in Toledo, Ohio. After high school, I went to Kent State University where I graduated in three years with honors. I then went to Washington, DC where I earned my law degree from George Washington University, a top 20 law school. My school was four blocks from the White House and we frequently had the President, Senators, and Supreme Court Justices come talk at the school. After law school, I came to Arizona and have lived here since.
I started my practice as a criminal lawyer. I love defending my clients' constitutional rights and standing up for them in front of a jury. I have handled everything from marijuana possession to capital homicide. I have conducted over 100 felony jury trials in state and federal court. I have had not guilty verdicts on first and second degree homicide, Aggravated DUI, Aggravated Assault, Forgery, Drug Possession, and many other crimes. My criminal experience has allowed me to work with most of the judges your case will be heard by.
I went through a difficult divorce. I learned family law by being thrown into the deep end with my own case. I shifted my practice to family law after this experience. I have gone through what my clients are going through. I know the difficulties--emotionally and financially. I have children and know the custody issues which come up. Unfortunately, there are some parents that put their children in the middle of the litigation. I do not allow that and will not take a client who intends to use their children. But, sometimes the other parent uses the children. After over 20 years practicing law in Arizona, I know the strategies to help curb that behavior. Divorce is the worst time in a person's life even when it is the best choice for everyone involved. It helps to have someone there that can empathize with what you and your family are going through.
I always try to work with the other side in cases. Unfortunately, the other side is not always reasonable. I have conducted over 10,000 hearings and my courtroom experience gives me a big advantage. When the other side will not be reasonable, I am ready to fight. Call me so we can discuss what I can do to help.
